Must have’s:
- Experience working with broad range of people including Execs on a regular basis
- Excellent poised communicator.
- Super organized : help us stay on task with project plans, keep things documented, put practices in place.
- Excellent writing: Write business cases
- Financials: Can help us from budgeting, variance, forecasting perspective.
- Storytelling: Help synthesize data, risk, progress, etc. and make all info digestible for senior executives, so the execs can steer the program
