We're looking for a Senior TypeScript Engineer to take on a hybrid role blending UI & API testing (70%) and backend development (30%). This is an individual contributor role where you’ll set up test automation, optimize software performance, and drive engineering excellence in a cloud-native environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Front-End Heavy Testing (80%) / Backend Testing (20%) – Designing and implementing modern testing frameworks in TypeScript for UI and API validation.
✔️ Hands-On TypeScript & Java Development – No Python, just pure TypeScript & Java in a cutting-edge cloud environment.
✔️ AWS Cloud Integration – Working with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
✔️ SQL & Data Optimization – Managing data efficiently and ensuring high-performance queries.
✔️ Working with External Customers – Translating requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
✔️ Software Modernization – Migrating legacy systems to next-gen solutions, ensuring smooth transitions.
✔️ Defining Test Strategies & Automation – Setting up test automation frameworks to enhance software reliability and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering, with an emphasis on UI/API testing & cloud-based development.
🔹 Expert in TypeScript & Java – Must be comfortable coding and testing in both.
🔹 AWS Hands-On Experience – Strong understanding of cloud services and deployment strategies.
🔹 SQL Mastery – Ability to write and optimize complex queries.
🔹 DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge – Familiarity with modern DevOps pipelines for streamlined development.
🔹 Software Security & Performance Tuning – Ability to ensure applications meet high security and performance standards.
🔹 A Problem Solver & Innovator – Someone who proactively identifies risks, optimizes processes, and contributes to strategic decisions.
