- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations through secure and scalable solutions.
- Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Apache Solr, Apache Lucene , or other enterprise-grade search platforms.
- Cloud & Distributed Systems : Proficiency in designing and deploying systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP ; experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture is a must.
- AI & ML Expertise : Strong background in machine learning, NLP , and advanced search algorithms (e.g., vector search, knowledge graphs ).
- Leadership : Proven experience managing technical teams (10 years in software engineering, 3 years in a leadership role).
- Agile Development : Experience driving CI / CD pipelines , automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with open-source search communities or academic contributions in AI and search technologies.
- Experience in regulated industries or with security and compliance standards .
- Hands-on expertise in deep learning-based search systems or serverless big data stacks.
