Workday HCM Analyst

Description:

The Talent Management team requires support to transition all talent management capabilities from Oracle to Workday.

Main Activities:
* Developing/updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners
* Supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday
* Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes
* Updating internal team job aids and process documentation

Potential Additional Activities:
* Report testing and troubleshooting
* Dashboard testing and troubleshooting
* Helping troubleshoot post-go-live issues/resolve escalated tickets
