About the role
We're hiring an Implementations Specialist to be a key player in delivering an efficient and high-quality implementation experience to Unit's customers. The role is based in New York City.
As an Implementations Specialist, you will :
- Work directly with Unit's customers to manage their onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live.
- Support existing Unit customers with updates to their programs.
- Directly impact Unit's revenue realization by executing efficient, timely, and successful projects.
- Work cross-functionally with all teams at Unit to ensure successful customer delivery.
- Improve Unit's operations in all aspects of our implementation work.
