JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for securing leaseholds in prospect areas, monitoring existing leaseholds for expirations, formulizing monetization plans, performing hearings and filings, and negotiating contracts and agreements. **This is position is based in the Tulsa office.** RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: |

1. Secure leaseholds in identified prospect areas utilizing field brokers and title attorneys. |
|
2. Monitor existing leaseholds for upcoming expirations and help formulate monetization plans. |
|
3. Negotiate surface damages agreements for well locations such as pipeline right-of-ways. |
|
4. Negotiate, review and draft trade contracts including farmouts, joint operating agreements, and participation agreements. |
|
5. Perform regulatory and municipality hearings and filings. |
|
6. Mentor less experienced professionals assigned to a common project as needed. |
|
7. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned. |
