UNIT Solutions is looking for a Multimedia Manager who is excited to support our mission as we scale our Twinsburg, OH assembly and fulfillment operation to meet the demand for our existing products and to launch our UNIT Training Pistol later this year. Role Summary

The Multimedia Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing. They will work closely with UNIT staff and marketing partners to build, manage and maintain the UNIT Solutions brand through online and offline marketing efforts. The Multimedia Manager will serve a critical role in driving the creative direction of our print, digital and video marketing efforts

Responsibilities:

· Manage the production of multimedia content including videos, animations, photography and graphics for use on UNIT Solutions website and social media accounts

· Produce, direct and edit instructional video content for the UNIT website

· Produce and edit video advertising assets for our products

· Assist with the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns through our social media accounts, tradeshow activations and marketing partnerships

· Assist with management of organic posts, replies and comments for UNIT Solutions social media channels across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok

· Assist with segmenting, creating and distributing emails to our database

· Update and maintain the UNIT Solutions website at www.unitsolutions.com

· Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and creative best practices to shape and evolve the strategy.

· Ensure multimedia content meets UNIT standards for quality and brand guidelines

· Ensure all video and photo files are stored, backed up and archived properly

· Work in conjunction with our marketing partners to ensure we are maximizing our relationships to meet UNIT’s business goals

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, video production, social media marketing or a related field

· 3 to 5 years of experience working in multimedia, digital marketing, social media marketing or a related field

· Demonstrated experience in building effective social media campaigns

· Ability to create purpose-built content for specific outlets (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X)

· Knowledge of video and audio production techniques

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communicator

Must have a “Can-Do” attitude of no job too big, no job too small that includes a willingness to work across job boundaries as required

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Skills:

· Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Proficient in sound engineering, using industry-standard tools and software

· Experience with lighting, Digital SLR acquisition formats, and grip equipment

· Color balancing and color correction, using appropriate tools for achieving desired visual aesthetics

· Proficiency in using a video collaboration tool such as Frame.io for efficient collaboration and feedback on video projects

· Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for effective communication, documentation, and collaboration

· Proficiency in working with an industry-standard project management system to ensure efficient planning, organization, and execution of multimedia projects

· Strong knowledge and understanding of content and product marketing, multi-channel strategy, video production, and motion design

·. Proficient With Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X

· Knowledge of HTML is preferred
