About the role
We are looking for an innovative self starter with a relentless passion for experimentation and providing value to customers. The landscape of the way people do work is rapidly changing with Agentic technology. Unit21 is on the forefront of this monumental shift, building AI Agents to help triage and catch Money Laundering and Fraud. The ideal candidate will have deep customer empathy and drive to solve their most complex problems with Agentic workflows. Financial crime evolves rapidly, and the more automation we provide, the greater our ability to make the world a safer place.
What you will be doing
- Building AI Agents that exist within and outside of the Unit21 platform to gather data and provide key insights on potential financial crimes
- Working closely with Product to understand customer needs and workflows to better automate them
- Defining and crafting a rich architecture of AI toolsets to create Agentic workflows that 10x customer productivity with high fidelity
- Drive continuous improvement of agentic workflows through data-driven insights and measurable outcomes
- Explore research papers to prototype and implement innovative techniques for enhancing AI agents.
- Gain a deep understanding of our system and how to integrate Agentic actions at different levels of auditable automation
- Mentoring other engineers on best practices and architectural principles when developing with LLMs
- Helping to hire, train and build Unit21's AI Agent engineering team along with adoption and growth of the product

Compensation :
The standard base pay range for this role is $200,000-230,000 Annually. This base pay range does not include variable compensation including potential commissions, bonuses or other financial or equity incentives.
