Salary : $22 / hr
UUCLB seeks an aide to help support our Religious Education program for children, youth and families. This is an up to 4 hour a week part-time position, with some onsite hours required Sunday mornings 9-11 : 30 am and flexibly during the week. Education and Skills :
- An affinity for working with children and youth of all ages and their parents / guardians / caregivers
- a commitment to supporting Unitarian Universalism as a progressive spiritual community
- High degree of organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use multiple technologies (Google drive, Canva, Constant Contact, online database and social media)
- Commitment to safety and following church policies
- Experience or knowledge of working with children and youth with neurodiversity, autism, and behavioral support for learning disabilities
