Commercial Plumber

Unite Contracting is seeking Commercial License Plumbers for new construction job in New Orleans. Must have current journeyman plumber license and experience installing Copper ProPress fittings. Journeymen State License plumbers will receive top pay $32 hour. The ideal candidate must have verifiable commercial plumbing experience with PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, and Copper. Free parking in a covered parking garage for plumbers.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Plumber :

• Plumber will read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
• Plumber must be able to cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
• Plumber will Install and maintain water supply systems
• Plumber needs to locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks.)
• Plumber must be able to repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Plumber must install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
