Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
