PURPOSE
Responsible for managing daily facility operations and initiatives. Plans, directs, reviews, and evaluates the work of various service vendors and support staff at the Culinary Health Center. Oversees security services environmental services (EVS), and materials management. Oversees the Health Center’s medical equipment, fixed assets along with special projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Partners with health center leadership on policies, procedures, training, and incident management.
- Partners with Risk Management to coordinate, lead, and conduct Safety Committee meetings and initiatives
- Oversees and manages the emergency reporting system for the health center, ensuring timely and effective response protocols.
- Collaborates with leadership and facilities management to manage special projects and routine activities that influence health center operations and ensure deadlines are met
- Acts as main point of contact in the supervision of day-to-day contractors (EVS, security, etc.).
- Address all incidents as appropriate to include responding to issues outside normal business hours to include nights and weekends.
- Works with municipal and regulatory agencies along with the maintenance department regarding building and equipment inspections, compliance, incident responses, permits and facility repairs
- Ensures effective administration and support of the building security system
- Ensures meeting room requests and special set up requirements are addressed in a timely manner while assisting in the resolution of room conflicts
- Develop and implement efficient procedures to optimize processes
- Conducts an overview of the specific needs of the space including new furniture, office renovations and supplies and works with leadership to plan out necessary modifications

Salary range for this position : Salary $52,800 - $64,600 . Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to : relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs) : Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) as an onsite position in our Las Vegas health center locations.
