What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Unitec Distribution Systems?
As a Client Support Account Manager, you will assist existing clients with resolving issues and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Liaison between clients and internal staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Source product and set up new accounts in our proprietary web-based software.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Thoroughly communicate through email, phone, and online presentations and meetings.
- Enhance the department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new requests to add value to job accomplishments.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of Excel is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and on-time delivery.
- Competitive experience-based salary.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
