- Drive end-user sales through multiple distribution channels.
- Uncover new sales opportunities and convert them into customers.
- Demonstrate products to end users emphasizing the financial impact of improved performance, safety, and quality.
- Manage and consistently update sales leads to track progress.
- Effective management of end-users and distributors with high quality follow through ensuring territory growth objectives are achieved.
- Overnight travel required (access to transportation and a valid driver’s license required)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in an industrial setting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industrial distribution practices and trends.
- Knowledge of welding, metal fabricating, woodworking, and power tools is helpful.
- Military background is a plus.
