Position Overview : We are looking for a Consulting Assistant to join our team. This position assists our consulting team by accomplishing various administrative tasks related to their clients needs, travel schedules, and meeting timelines. You'll never have a boring day as you coordinate daily activities while balancing administrative tasks. This is an in-person position located at our Carmel, Indiana office.
Successful candidates will have a background in Office Management, Administrative Assistant, Paralegal, or Executive Assistant.

Requirements :
Education and Experience Requirements
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : 4 years administrative experience required.
Computer Skills : Microsoft Office.
Specific Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft suite is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Experience with or ability to learn Workzone.
Knowledge of various related software programs (i.e Zoom, Dropbox, PDF software).
Strong abilities using various office equipment.
Physical Requirements :
Typically sitting at a desk or table for long periods.
Intermittently bending, standing, and stooping.
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
