Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Agency Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have Experience in Leadership of care delivery standards. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our clients, managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a positive, client-focused culture within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the home care agency, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee a team of caregivers and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive, collaborative working environment among staff and clients.
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal service delivery within financial constraints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare partners.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Home Care Management or a related certification.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
