Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift – Saturdays as needed
United Ag & Turf NE/United Construction & Forestry is looking for Parts Counter Sales. The candidate will assist customers over the phone and face to face ordering and researching parts for the John Deere and other equipment sold in the territory. What You’ll Do
- Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
- In store customer service
- Overall organizational promotions
- Working with all vendors and alternate resources
- Being a team player and working with internal and external customers
- Monitoring shortages and expediting processes
- Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly
- Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
- Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic computer skills
- High Energy, and positive attitude
- Good computer research skills
- Strong customer Service Skills
- Excellent oral communication and written skills
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with John Deere Equipment
Education
- High school diploma or GED
