Job Summary: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on turf equipment, ATVs, and other small engine machinery at United Ag & Turf, a John Deere dealership with multiple locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on small engine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment necessary for the position.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Complete all necessary reports and forms related to job assignments.
- Accurately account for time and materials used in performing assigned duties.
- Participate in service training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to use Service Advisor software and basic computer functions.
- Fundamental knowledge of engines, hydraulics, power-trans, air-conditioning, and electrical systems as they apply to machines marketed by United Ag & Turf.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification.
