As the Warehouse Lead , you will oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and safety compliance. Your attention to detail and ability to optimize workflows will contribute to the productive flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations:

• Planned and coordinated warehouse layout and organization.
• Supervise shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Optimize storage space utilization.
• Implement efficient workflows and processes to improve productivity.

Quality Control:

• Implement quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints.
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control warehouse operating expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Optimize labor and resource utilization.

Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with other departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in warehouse operations; management experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Physical fitness (as the role may involve lifting and moving heavy items)
