Get your hard hat ready. We’re not just renovating the travel experience – we’re renovating our physical spaces too. And our Corporate Real Estate team is on the front lines of procuring, designing and developing spaces at all our hubs, stations and city locations across the world. From airport affairs and business services to planning and development, this team is responsible for all our leases and major construction and renovation projects, system wide.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Planning and Development and Business Services team in the management of facility project portfolios. Includes the support for day-to-day operations and coordination of standard processes, metrics, and reporting for our regional project management teams. As well as support of centralized capital and operating forecasts, support of data gathering / analysis and other points of interface between CRE and Finance and other external partners. This role will provide technical and tactical support for regional project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Management and Partner Reporting
- Support data collection and distribution of standard communications and presentations for the division level, as well as ad hoc communication as needed
