Becoming the best airline is an adventure. And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate project ideas and requests received by the team, determine benefits, feasibility, and develop testing and implementation plans and timelines. Communicate status and recommendations effectively to management.
- Act as a resource for Pricing Revenue Management market groups to investigate and resolve core support issues, coordinating with IT when vital.
- Support identification and research of business opportunities in Revenue Management. Participate in discussion with collaborators both inside and outside the department and transform feedback into business requirements for systems development. Lead user testing for system enhancements, collect feedback from users, and deliver findings.
- Work with Revenue Decision Support leadership to plan future directions for systems and business processes. Develop practical and theoretically grounded guidance to support the department’s decisions working collaboratively with RMIT and Analytics & Innovation teams.
- Support cross-departmental efforts to implement solutions where necessary.
- Assist documentation efforts of Revenue Management systems and business processes.

The base pay range for this role is $64, to $88,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
