Key responsibilities :
Objective of role is to review and track Federal Aviation regulations within the operation to reduce risk. Conduct investigations related to violations and collaborate with the safety and process team on compliance risks and process improvements for mitigation purposes.
- To ensure compliance within the daily Scheduling operation Review and update all FAR legalities
- Investigate FAR violations and work closely with Inflight Safety and Corporate Safety teams for voluntary disclosure processes
- Oversee performance and development for a team of Crew Schedulers
- Track records of all FAR violations, overseeing status and creating process improvements
- Partner with Process Quality and Training (PQ&T) and automation teams to mitigate compliance risks through education and technological enhancements

The base pay range for this role is $84, to $113,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
