Key Responsibilities :
The program manager supports the regulatory compliance function and strategy for United Cargo! Assists in liaison activities to the FAA Principle Operations Inspector for the airline operating certificate as well as Principle Hazardous Materials Inspector. This role will assist the division to address OSHA, DOD, FAA Letters of Concern (LOC), Hazard Letters, ATOS / SASO inspection results, Letters of Investigations, Civil Penalties, Voluntary Self Disclosures, and international CAA inspections. The manager will lead and facilitate investigations and root cause analysis for regulatory non-compliance issues and ensures comprehensive measures are developed to preclude further regulatory issues across all stations.
- Regulatory compliance - leads division cause analysis for regulatory non-compliance issues while ensuring comprehensive corrective actions to address issues; ensures associated commitments are implemented
- Advises investigations and validation processes for implementation of corrective actions for regulatory violations, FAA Requests for Information (RFI), LOCs, Air Transportation Oversight System (ATOS) and System Assurance System (SAS)
- Leads development of responses to FAA, OSHA, and CAA letters of investigation and Voluntary Disclosure Reporting Programs
- Assists senior manager in preparing legal counsel for negotiations of FAA and OSHA civil penalty cases

The base pay range for this role is $99, to $135,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
