Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for someone to join our Global Learning team as the Manager - Leadership Learning Strategy. This person is responsible for leading learning initiatives and programming to help drive the growth and development of United’s employees. The work this role oversees will drive core skills for all leaders and build on existing learning programs and processes to strengthen our evolving leadership culture. They provide innovative solutions and strategy, including content development and delivery, vendor management, budgeting, and resource management. This role is responsible for design, implementation, and sustainment of key leadership development programs and the metrics and measurement to support those programs. This role is pivotal in scaling our programs to ensure United is a place where every employee can grow and develop.
- Lead a team of internal facilitators and learning strategist(s), including leading scheduling, resources, and delivery quality.
- Align training outcomes to business metrics to enhance ROI of strategic programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams on multiple dynamic projects with competing timelines.
- Oversee strategy of training programs and align objectives and curriculum to overall business goals.
- Own vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, monitoring performance, and conducting regular evaluations to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Optimize the training content to improve resources, increase speed, and reduce costs to the business.
- Develop critical initiatives to elevate the Learning Strategy team’s performance and impact.
- Refresh curriculum and program content regularly based on business needs and ongoing feedback.
- Continuously drive groundbreaking innovations in their learning experience solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet project demands as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring the successful execution and continuous improvement of program objectives.
