Key Responsibilities
The Project Control team works with Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to implement and optimize the accomplishment of engineering projects. As a Manager of Project Control, you will be tasked with leading a team that is responsible for analyzing and scheduling project work as well as triaging, problem solving, and proactively course correcting off-track projects. You will lead the processes, prioritization and performance associated with planning critical regulatory, reliability and modification projects
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

As a Manager of Project Control, you will be tasked with leading a team that is responsible for analyzing and scheduling project work as well as triaging, problem solving, and proactively course correcting off-track projects. You will lead the processes, prioritization and performance associated with planning critical regulatory, reliability and modification projects
- Apply basic project management methodologies to implement aircraft projects and mentor team members to ensure success
- Measure the performance of project planning processes, implement adjustments and engage in root causation efforts to drive continuous improvement
- Work with giving teams in Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain to implement, optimize and resolve issues related to accomplishment of engineering projects
- Act as subject matter expert to facilitate the development and implementation of internal project planning tools in coordination with IT partners
- Facilitate accurate communication and coordination with all levels within the organization as well as with external partners to ensure alignment of operational activities with project plans and deliverables
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 years of leadership experience in planning, strategy, forecasting, continuous improvement, or aircraft maintenance scheduling
- 2 years of experience in leading multiple complex projects in aviation maintenance
- Be adept at prioritizing several projects and initiatives simultaneously through appropriate prioritization
- Able to think creatively and strategically with the skills for analysis and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact at all levels (including executive) and team with all internal and external business partners
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Intermediate Excel
- Data Visualization (Spotfire, Tableau, Palantir, etc.)
