Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and maintain multiple programs including any of the following : security access and badging, budget support, site maintenance and worksite-specific elements of our facility’s program , OSHA
Perform various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of an operating unit, to include accounts payable, purchase orders and account reconciliation
Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all any changes and clarifications to existing departmental, division, and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
Acts as a resource to assist in resolving complex administrative issues and performs other duties pertinent to the operation , office supplies, conference room scheduling
Coordinates events, Town-halls, miscellaneous meetings and mailings with local office, vendor, employees and / or other departments
Supports management schedules and time off through time-tracker.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications) :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of work-related experience as an administrative assistant, or office administrator
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, or office administrator
- In-depth understanding of office management and operations
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
