Key Responsibilities :
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, and is primarily responsible for conducting prompt, thorough, objective, and confidential investigations of internal and external complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and / or policy violations. This position ensures that all internal and external investigations are conducted in accordance with the Company’s established policies and procedures. This position shall be responsible for conducting investigations globally.
- Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations of complaints involving allegations of harassment and discrimination, and other policy violations, as assigned by the Senior Manager, Harassment & Discrimination Investigations.
- Prepare timely, comprehensive investigative reports to be distributed to the Senior Manager of Harassment & Discrimination Investigations, Legal Counsel, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other senior leaders.
- Identify, gather, analyze, and preserve documents and physical evidence to support investigations.
- Deliver objective, well-organized investigative reports and outcomes to senior leadership ensuring clarity and accuracy in presenting findings.
- Review investigative reports prepared by peers to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to investigative standards.
