Job description and responsibilities :
As the Senior Manager of Mobile your responsibilities will lead a team of developers in the continued design and development of the Customer United App.
Your role will collaborate extensively with our business partners to design, develop and integrate user interfaces and services that meets the business needs. This position will have a solid focus on iOS and Android native programming skills with the ability to influence innovation within the Mobile space.
Providing hands-on leadership in the design, analysis, and development of scalable solutions will be expected of you. This includes focusing on solutions architecture and driving organizational change. Collaborating effectively with finance collaborators and various teams within the organization will be imperative to meet the company’s strategic objectives. Your role will require a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy in alignment with business objectives .
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure the quality and scalability of solutions by establishing standard methodologies and governance procedures
- Monitor the performance of solutions and conduct regular reviews to ensure they deliver the expected business benefits
- Responsible for advancing, assisting and follow-through on resolution of issues related to delivery of technology solutions
