Position Description : Our company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to facilitate special projects, train and oversee Maintenance Personnel and oversee and direct grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
Our ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications :
EPA certification - Type I and II
Valid Driver's License and current automobile with insurance
Ability to diagnose problems and repair major appliances
Basic to intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, pool care, pest control, roof and gutter repair, foundation and sidewalk repair, irrigation and maintenance repairs and general carpentry.
Other licenses and certifications required by state or federal law
Job duties include :
Acting as "Working Coordinator" of Maintenance crews in assigned portfolio.
Creating / maintaining a current schedule of "on-call" personnel every 6 months.
Overseeing, directing, teaching, and motivating maintenance staff
Actively sourcing maintenance personal for open positions
Ensuring appliance equipment, plumbing m electrical systems, etc. are properly serviced and maintained by each property Maintenance Lead
Observe and confirm that maintenance staff keep the property grounds, workshops and utility rooms clean, orderly and safe in accordance with OSHA requirements and established company standards and expectations.
