What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/ Parts Counter position at United Auto Supply?
United Auto Supply is a distributor of over 100 different manufacturers of automotive supplies. We are currently seeking motivated employees who take pride in their job and do it correctly.
Customer service/ order entry position available based out of our Syracuse area. United Auto Supply is seeking an individual to answer phones and take orders for customers. This individual must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and actively to build relationships with customers. Car parts knowledge is required.
Must be detail oriented, organized and have a positive attitude as this position requires answering phones and entering orders in our system for our customers.

Qualified candidates must:
- Have Auto Parts experience a plus
- Call center experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Computer skills and understand software programs

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
