We are seeking a skilled Computer, Printer, Mobile Scanner, and Warehouse Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing computer systems, printers, scanners, and various warehouse hardware equipment to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer, network, printer systems, scanners, including desktops, laptops, laser printers, label printers, mobile computers/printers, networking cables, etc.
• Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, label printers, and other peripheral devices essential for warehouse operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to understand hardware requirements and provide technical support as needed.
• Keep detailed records of hardware inventory, maintenance activities, and repairs to track equipment status and usage.
• Work closely with IT team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices when handling and maintaining hardware equipment in the warehouse environment.
• Assist in the procurement of hardware equipment and accessories, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in warehouse hardware and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a computer technician, printer technician, or hardware technician in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and motherboards.
• Experience with setting up and troubleshooting printers, scanners, label printers, and other warehouse-specific hardware devices.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff and IT team members.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintaining hardware records and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and Android Operating Systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to solve technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users at all levels.

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00
