Position Summary: Store Manager position available for our Warehouse.
United Auto Supply is seeking a highly motivated person who is responsible, timely and organized. Person needs to have a positive attitude, good work ethic and motivational skills. Management experience a plus.
United Auto Supply is a family owned business that operates over 30 locations in the North East. We are looking for a manager that considers their location their own!
Experience, Skills and Abilities for Store Manager:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.
- Prior Warehouse Managing and overseeing employees experience preferred.
- Prior Dispatching is preferred.
- Strong computer skills required
- Must have a strong work ethic with specific attention to detail
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Operational Manager:
- Attend and actively participate in all required meetings and conference calls
- A Company cell phone is provided, with the understanding that you will respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers to provide superior customer service
- Manage all employees in your location
- Responsible for hiring, training and terminating employees
- Will have Keyholder responsibilities
- Ensure your location is always open on time and functions properly
- Limited Responsibility handling cash outs, bank deposits, etc.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse
- Ensure deliveries go out in a timely manner
Education & Knowledge for Operational Manager:
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Must work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,300.00 per week
