We are currently seeking a talented and highly-motivated service writer to join our team at United Automotive Tech Center in Fargo, ND. As a service writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service center and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Store Hours 7:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for automotive repairs and services
• Schedule appointments and maintain the service center's calendar
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and any additional service recommendations
