Position: Corporate Warehouse Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO | Travel Required: 1-2 weeks/quarter

We're seeking a seasoned, hands-on Corporate Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize operations across our warehouse network in St. Louis (MO), Michigan, Louisiana, and Texas. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-performing warehouse environments across multiple sites.

You'll play a vital role in inventory accuracy, team development, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement, driving operational excellence and consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Warehouse Oversight
  Manage daily operations of the St. Louis facility (team of 3-5) while providing strategic supervision and support to warehouse managers at our Michigan, Louisiana, and Texas locations.
• Team Leadership & Development
  Recruit, mentor, and inspire warehouse staff. Conduct performance evaluations, establish goals, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Inventory Management
  Ensure precise inventory control through audits, reporting, and best practices. Maintain accurate stock levels, streamline storage systems, and reduce shrinkage.
• Safety & Compliance
  Champion a safety-first culture. Enforce all regulatory and company safety standards, address potential hazards, and maintain environmental and operational compliance.
• Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
  Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. Oversee inbound and outbound shipping logistics to support exceptional customer service.
• Process Optimization
  Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through improved workflows, warehouse layouts, technology upgrades, and lean practices.
• Facility Maintenance & SQF Compliance
  Maintain SQF certification at the St. Louis facility and establish preventative maintenance programs and cleanliness standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5 years of warehouse management experience, including leadership of a team of 5 or more.

• Willingness and ability to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter to remote warehouse sites.

• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory systems.

• Demonstrated success in team management, performance coaching, and process improvement.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with competing priorities.
