Position Overview :
The Sales Representative at United Bags, Inc., plays a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, supporting existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities through cold calls and incoming leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience in sales and customer service, minimum of 3 years' experience of inside sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales.
Strong attention to detail.
