Under the direction of the Retail Administrator, the Branch Administration Manager is responsible for the operational activities, reporting, tracking and monitoring of all Branch systems, products and services. Performs a wide variety of other branch-related and departmental support responsibilities as assigned.

The Branch Administration Manager is a fundamental position at United Bank. Responsible for the development, monitoring, analysis and implementation of all branch systems, policies, products, services and procedures which impact branch operations. Involvement in any new products, services, software upgrades or regulatory changes which impact Branches. Make recommendations to Retail Administrator. Involvement in reviewing regulatory requirements to ensure that policies and procedures conform to legal obligations. Responsible for areas of compliance as it relates to branch administration. Serves as a liaison between individual departments, branches, customer and employee relations to maintain communication flow. Involved in periodic operational/sales training for branch personnel. Responsible for appraising performance, scheduling and directing work for the Retail Services Couriers. Creates and manages the monthly schedule for branch float staff. Undertakes special projects relating to departmental services as assigned.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of the Courier Services Department.
This position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent from four-year college or technical school in related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, speak, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is rarely required to stand and walk.
- Employee is required to have close vision of 20 inches or less.
