JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
Provide quality service support for Branch team members and customers in compliance with Bank policy and applicable laws and regulations. Complete daily reports and transaction processing in a timely and accurate manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconciliations of general ledger accounts and internal accounts
- Complete stop payment and account status reports timely and accurately
- Review accounts for overdraft privilege processing
- Complete checking account charge off process
- Process account verification requests timely and accurately
- Provided back-up assistance for:
- Assisting customers with Digital Banking
- Reviewing new account documents for compliance and accuracy
- Reviewing account maintenance and forms for compliance and accuracy
- Assist customers and branch employees with questions or concerns
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
