United Bank & Trust is currently seeking a Credit Administrator / Loan Processor at its Seneca location. This position develops and analyzes loan documentation pertaining to diversified loan types, maintains credit requirements, and offers support to Commercial and Personal Bankers as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manages loan documentation including, but not limited to, preparation and retention of credit documentation, credit life policies, and the filing of liens.
- Maintains file integrity with regards to loan collateral, credit and note files
- Adheres to bank policies and procedures when performing daily tasks
- Maintains a detailed exception tracking system
- Assists with report preparation referencing collateral status and borrower data
- Provides excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance guidelines are met
- Supports all functions within credit administration
- Promotes bank products and services to potential and existing customers
