Store Associate Fulltime Scottsdale

The Hair Shop of Arizona has a very exciting opportunity for a fulltime associate.  Store hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm!   Our associates help support the store management to drive the overall performance of our store.  The associates will strive to achieve sales targets and create a unique and engaging customer experience for our customers.

What you get to do daily:

·         Work in a sleek, modern store alongside a passionate and dedicated team of hair and beauty experts

·         Greet and engage with each customer that comes into the store providing premier service.

·         Actively seek out customers in store, cross-sell products and “go the extra mile” to drive sales.

·         Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers

·         Build productive trust relationships with customers

·         Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and education on product features

·         Accurately complete transactions for customers you assist in a quick and efficient manner

·         Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options

·         Arrange, organize and display merchandise

·         Watchout for loss prevention through leakage and theft, and how to prevent or handle these situations

Salary : $15 - $18
