United Built Homes is actively seeking a dynamic professional toperform essential, administrative duties and deliver outstanding customer service in the Production Coordinator role for our team in our LOCATION.

Responsibilities :

Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.

Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.

Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.

Any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.

Qualifications

Work History - 3 years of administrative experience required;priorexperience working in a construction / new-home sales office is a plus.

Skills - Excellent communicationand organizationalskills, attention to detail, team player mentality,flexibility, andwillingnessto pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled at UBH.

Education - High School Diploma required;Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experiencepreferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish)- Not required, but would be a plus!
