About the Position...
The Cash Management Manager (CMM) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.
The Cash Management Manager (CMM) will be responsible for managing our cash management and LIVE Support teams, ensuring that the employees are trained on our various products and services, and that our clients receive exceptional client service. The CMM will manage the sales, implementation, delivery and servicing of all cash management products and services. They will also be instrumental in meeting with prospective and existing clients regarding new accounts and cash management products and services, and assisting Client Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers, and other Bank personnel with outside sales calls. Travel is required for this position. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all clients seeking assistance from their department receive professional, friendly, accurate and efficient service at all times, and that effective cross-selling techniques are applied to every client interaction. This position will be responsible for managing, providing training, guidance, and support to the Electronic Banking team, and for ensuring that all department personnel know all the feature functionality of our cash management and electronic banking services, and can perform all the duties and responsibilities associated with those services. The CMM will also be responsible for managing the personnel and related activities of the LIVE Support Team and related LIVE Banking platform. This position will also make recommendations to ensure that the future roadmap for LIVE Banking continues to be client friendly, and successful in our efforts to provide a Live, Interactive, Virtual Experience to our clients for all avenues of support. The CMM is also responsible for ensuring that all department duties and responsibilities are performed accurately, timely and according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The CMM will support the Bank in audits and exams, as well as assisting management in obtaining Satisfactory ratings. This position will participate in the hiring process for department personnel, ensuring that all new employees are properly trained in their roles, and that they are good ambassadors for the Bank. Other projects and duties will be assigned over time. The CMM performs all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
About You...
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following :
Education / Certification : Some college or equivalent training. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Required Knowledge : Extensive knowledge of cash management services and related systems, as well as banking and deposit operations, procedures and related compliance.
Experience Required : Minimum of 7 years' related experience in the financial services industry. Prior experience managing staff and projects.
Skills / Abilities :
