United Business Mail is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, driving process improvement and efficiency. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for comprehensive requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder communication, project development, and systems support.

Responsibilities :

Requirements and Process Management
Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Document current and future system processes and workflows.
Identify and propose process improvements to enhance systems and process efficiencies.
Stakeholder Communication and Training
Develop comprehensive end-user training materials including documentation and video tutorials.
Facilitate training sessions for new systems and processes.
Collect and analyze end-user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a critical liaison between end-users and the development team.
Help manage timelines and deliverables.
Project Support and Quality Assurance
Develop detailed test plans aligned with project requirements.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
Execute functional and regression testing.
Track project deliverables and monitor critical timelines.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, test cases, and issues.

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

3 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or a related role.

Experience in mail postal optimization, postal logistics, or a background working in the mail industry heavily preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Experience with requirements management and testing tools.

Willingness to exceed customer expectations through exceptional problem-solving skills.

Well-organized, self-directed team player with excellent documentation management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

2 years of experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Salary Range : $75,000 to $85,000

This salary range is United Business Mail's good faith estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, UBM's business or organizational needs and an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and / or performance. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the annual salary, grade levels, and bonus (if any are applicable). The range listed is just one component of UBM's total compensation package for employees.
