Business Analyst - Retail/Manufacturing
Contract - C2C/1099
Augusta/Atlanta, GA (or) Statesville, NC - Onsite (within 2 hours travel range)
EAD(GC/H4) / GC / USC Only
Job Description:
- Location: On-site in Atlanta, Augusta, or Statesville area (within 2 hours travel range)
- Technical Skills: SaaS model knowledge, SQL experience, Semi-technical background & API systems understanding
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate API systems and customer interactions
- Help customers set up systems
- Assist with customer testing in test environments
- Explain API processes to customers
- Support product launch coordination
- Handle technical edge cases in API systems
- Potentially run product load launches
- Good communication skills
- Work with offshore teams based in india
Experience:
- Business analysis and project management coordination
- Ability to communicate technical concepts
- Hands-on technology skills
- Familiarity with SaaS models and SQL
- Should have Exp/knowledge of Retail and Manufacturing.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
