What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ground Support Operations/Visual Observer position at UNited Business solutions?
Nature of the Job:
- This is NOT a Pilot Position
- It is Ground Support mostly with minimal Visual Observation (VO will most likely be done away with in near future)
- Participate in periodic client's provided training to maintain relevant skills and knowledge.
Required:
- Possess a current driver's license
- Possess a valid 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Does not need to be current, but must not have been suspended or revoked)
- Participate in Vendor's FAA drug and alcohol screening program
- Must have successfully completed required client's provided training for Ground Support and Visual Observer roles for client's Part 135 Operations
- Maintain operational communications with the client's Remote Site Lead using client's provided equipment
- Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in client's UAS Maintenance Manual) during GS duty shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.74 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
