Position Overview:
The Commercial Roofing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and leading roofing crews as a leader of the crew, on projects from start to finish. This includes supervising crew members, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and communicating effectively with superintendents and project managers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing, strong technical skills in roofing, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
