- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in clerical duties including data entry and time management.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is beneficial.
