Job Title : Merchant Account Specialist – Outside Sales

Location : South Florida (Multiple Locations)

What You’ll Do :

Build a Profitable Portfolio : Develop and maintain a pipeline of businesses looking to switch or upgrade their merchant services, ensuring long-term residual income.
Be the Payments Expert : Hit the streets to connect with local businesses, chambers of commerce, trade shows, and referral partners, offering them cutting-edge payment processing solutions.
Show Business Owners the Savings : Educate merchants on how our zero-cost processing and advanced POS systems can reduce expenses, improve cash flow, and streamline operations.
Maximize Your Earnings : Close deals, exceed sales targets, and take advantage of monthly bonuses and lifetime residuals for active processing merchants.
Deliver Seamless Integration : Work closely with our support teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding, compliance, and ongoing account management.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in B2B or outside sales , with a strong track record in prospecting, knocking on a minimum of 30 doors a day, and closing deals.

A personable attitude and energetic personality – you thrive on face-to-face interactions and aren’t afraid to spark conversations with business owners.

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships and trust.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while staying organized.

Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, Google Suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho preferred).

Professional appearance and demeanor – you’ll be the face of our company!

What’s In It for You :

Base Salary : $50,000 annually, with incredible performance-based earning potential.

Uncapped Commission : o Monthly location, equipment, and volume bonuses. o Ongoing residual commissions for merchants actively processing – build your portfolio for long-term revenue!

First-Year Earnings Potential : $80,000–$150,000, with the sky as your limit!
