UCP of Central Arizona is looking for direct care workers to help the Home & Community Based Services Program provide quality 1:1 Respite, Attendant, or Habilitation care to children and adults with physical and/or developmental disabilities

- Supervising members in their home environment

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Must have at least three (3) months experience in providing assistance and personal care to individuals.
And/Or
Must have at least three (3) months experience of habilitation services
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to obtain an AZ fingerprint clearance card.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Provide contact information for 3 references.
- Must be able to lift and transfer members.
- Must have access to internet and phone.
- Must possess general computer skills.
- Must have vehicle to transport member when applicable and maintain current registration and auto insurance.
