Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the needs of children with and without disabilities and their families and develop treatment plans.
- Provides comprehensive individual, group and family psychotherapy for children.
- Provide play therapy or social skills training for children with disabilities.
- Assist families with information about their child’s diagnosis and condition, provide resources and identify strategies for the coordination of education, medical, social services and community service providers.
- Ensure the facilitation of on-going support groups for parents/families, parent training and other family activities.
- Provide relevant and related professional development to UCP team members and other community agencies.
- Maintains accurate and complete client records.
- Facilitate and ensure implementation of regular Parent Engagement activities including coordinating Title I (documentation, meetings, etc.).
- Serve as the head of the Child Study team for campus/follow up/document any attendance issues.
- Supervise Bachelor level social worker interns.
- Serve as lead and provide any needed follow up for campus Threat Assessment Team meetings.
- Provide Youth Mental Health Training to UCP Team members.
- Provide required documentation and billing notes for Certified Match Medicaid billing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Training: (or equivalent)
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- License Preferred or FL DOE Social Work or Mental Health Counselor Certification.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct client services/assessment.
- Prefer experience working in non-profit/school setting
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
