What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respite Provider position at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County?
Looking to engage in meaningful work? Help an outgoing & friendly lady looking for a provider to get out into the community! She enjoys going for walks, swimming, shopping, bowling, movies, parks and going out to eat. Located on the west side of Madison. The family is looking for Tuesdays or Thursdays 3-5pm and Sundays 4-6pm. Must have a driver's license and be approved to drive according to UCP standards. There is the opportunity to be match with another client in order to get more hours.
